The room was beautiful and spacious, perfect location, friendly staff, amazing rooftop pool, would stay again.

I'm afraid the hotel was overbooked. (Which is of course unacceptable with a hotel of this quality) We were offered alternatives that did not appeal to us. Through luck it worked out, but only because of our fluent Spanish.

We think it's an excellent base for staying in Cartagena...

What a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel! The location within the old city fortress felt so secure, and the design of the hotel was truly impressive. The spacious room was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom with its oversized mirror was absolutely stunning. And let me tell you, I've stayed in luxurious hotels in Chicago, but none of them had a bathroom as nice as this one. Plus, the small pool on the top floor was a refreshing oasis. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

The rooms and especially the bathroom are very large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is doing a very good job.

Lack of customer orientation on the part of the head of reception. Breakfast could be served much faster.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for exploring the historic "centro" district. It was right in the center of everything, close to several restaurants, and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Secondly, the hotel facilities were top-notch - with a stunning lobby, spacious swimming pool, and very comfortable rooms. I was also incredibly impressed with the breakfast - the menu was extensive, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and friendly throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and comfortable.

Located in the heart of the historic centro district, Casablanca Belle & Boutique is a wonderful, family-friendly hotel close to many of the region's finest restaurants. While it isn't right in the center of town, it's location provides easy access to all major tourist attractions. the rooms are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms featuring modern amenities. the staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast options are delicious. the hotel features two pools, one on the rooftop, and lovely courtyard with lush vegetation that provides guests with a natural oasis in the city.

We also enjoyed the hotel’s rooftop pool, which provided a quiet and refreshing oasis from the city's hustle and bustle.

We have to admit that there were some minor issues during our stay. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures were outdated and not functioning properly.
